A Bit About Me
Tom Rice has had a long career in community and housing development. He has been a CHDO Executive Director, Regional Development Director for Mercy Housing, and a Management Consultant for NeighborWorks America. He has worked with NAHASDA funds, other HUD funds, LIHTCs, and bond financing. He has developed both single family and multifamily housing.
